Since I was 17 I have lived in a wide variety of houses, apartments and rooms. Whether in flat shares or in an ashram, in apartment complexes or, as was recently the case in the Caribbean, in a small house right on the beach.

Each of these life situations was a treasure in its own way and has always served its purpose. Living in certain places, security, quality of life, living conditions and friends. But every life had its time.

Since I moved back to Europe from the Caribbean in 2020, however, I didn't know "where" I wanted to live. By the sea, with the family in Berlin or with the family in Bavaria or even in the warm south? On my first visit to Europe, I shared a Bulli (VW - Camper) with my cousin and after various encounters with people who lived in campers, an idea was born: I'm building a house on wheels!

Thought - done, so I created a house in a van. With a shower, toilet, a pleasant kitchen and a living/sleeping area. All self-made, with my own two hands. Although I would never have dreamed of living in such a small space before, it was a wonderful decision for this moment and for as long as this way of life wants to last.

Since then I live where I like. Whether with one or the other family, in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain or Portugal. The most diverse habitats open up countless possibilities.

And especially now that Isabelle has moved in, this trip seems perfect. We share the limited space on the bus beautifully (and it's really tight at moments!). Accordingly, we grow closely together and with each other in a life that is now beginning to be created.

With Portugal we have (it seems) found a new “home of choice” and a process of “searching for a parking space” has begun. Our vision is to find a piece of land where we can park "Brummi" - our mobile home - for a longer period of time. A piece of Portugal where we can grow vegetables and create space for friends, family and also for anyone who wants to find us and visit us. Yoga and meditation, surfing and kite surfing but also simply "being". All this should be possible in our resort.

We want to realize our experiences and joie de vivre in this project and let everyone participate who is attracted to it or wants to be inspired. So don't hesitate to contact us if you like our vision.
